Well, that UN thing could have something to do with abusing the weather for war. Think about destroying the dam to create the flood downstream or even in a remote connection, Japanese using jet-stream for their ballon-bombing of North America (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balloon_bomb , http://www.unexplainable.net/artman/publish/article_8992.shtml , http://www.bookmice.net/darkchilde/japan/balloon.html ).

However, with budgets the military are getting I think there must be some research facility that wants to manipulate weather to use it as a weapon…

I gotta agree with you about Drunk Duck, sir. I started my webcomic, and started it over at DD the same time. I get more page views, comments and discourse on my own site (which isn’t much) than through Drunk Duck. As trying to be child-friendly as possible, I had never thought of the affect that would have on my audience, so you make some great points.

To me, it isn’t really a community, it just feels over done, overwhelming with too much ads and less interaction than I would have hoped.
