Without some type of written release from Conan, you will probably have to go to a local printer. I currently use Cafe Press, and the only images they seem to allow are politicians [Obama, McCain, etc.] They must see these as public domain somehow. Sorry to hear Zazzle is the ass. I haven't been wild about Cafe Press and have been shopping around because I though C/P's base prices were too high. Let me share my research, using a men's white tee shirt as the basis: Zazzle lists their base price [you add your mak-up to this] for tee shirts as $15.95 and up.
