So, McCain says he’s proud of THESE people

McCain today said he was proud of ALL the supporters who come to his rallies. He makes it out that only a few “nuts” on the fringes say the hateful racist things, but go to ANY rally and ask questions through Ohio or Pennysylvania and you’ll have this “White Fear” shit going on. It makes me sick. Ohio blogger Tim Russo has been doing a great job of chronicling these events on youtube
Now AlJazeera TV in America takes Russo’s lead and has a report from yesterday’s rally in Ohio which is just as, if not more telling.
The guy at the end of the video reminds me of our situation here, where just having a sign in our yard we’re called names. Of course, I do have a lot more honking which is encouraging…. but still.. I agree with this man’s worries.
That video is fucking terrifying.
I’ve seen a few other videos from McCain or Palin rallies where supporters kind of hide their racism behind “Oh, he’s a terrorist.” But this is the first video I’ve seen where people are up front about it and saying shit like “He’s anti-white. He thinks white people are trash.”
It’s evident that these hateful fools aren’t afraid of Obama so much as they are afraid of a progressive society that nullifies everything the know in their limited world view.
